Frequently Asked Questions

Overnight Shipping Cost:

Perishables, such as caviar and smoked fish, ship exclusively with FedEx priority overnight service at a flat rate. Please call us for rush orders or local delivery options. Our caviar and fish products can be hand-delivered via our temperature controlled caviar food truck Monday through Friday locally for special circumstances. Contact us for more details.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not deliver on Saturday's, Sunday's, or Monday's. We cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Our cut-off time for next day delivery is 1:30pm PST.

 

Do you ship international orders?

Sorry we only deliver within the United States.

 

Do you require someone to sign for the package at delivery?

This is up to you. During checkout, you can specify whether to require a signature at delivery or if you chose to waive the signature option on the Shopping Cart page. The box will be left for you if no signature is required. Shipping to your office, doorman, or someone to take delivery is preferable. Please be aware that if you select a signature to be required, it will be up to you to ensure that someone is there to sign for the package. It will be up the shipping company's discretion whether to leave the package or not.



What delivery days can I select for my order?

Days: Tuesday - Friday; if there is a specific time, please call us to arrange.

Can I track my order status?

We will email you your tracking information after your item is picked up from or facility.

 

Caviar guarantee & return policy?

We stand behind our merchandise; all items are guaranteed for their quality. Please keep all packaging intact for returns. All claims must be made within 24 hours of receipt of shipment and a return authorization code will be issued.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards including: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Your personal information is sent securely over a 128-bit encrypted connection. Alternatively, you can also place your order over the phone just call 415-543-3007  during our PST hours.

 

What is your privacy policy?

We value your privacy and we do not share any of your personal information with third parties.

 

Will my order stay fresh during shipping?

All of our eco-friendly packaging is designed in the USA and built for maintaining cold temperatures. Shipped and delivered in 24 hours, this packing is designed to withstand two days of transit time for insurance, so enjoy with confidence!

 

How is your packaging eco-friendly?

Years ago we moved away from Styrofoam packaging in pursuit of a biodegradable option, one that could keet caviar ice cold while being more carbon neutral. Thankfully, our RNC packaging makes this a reality.
