Smoked Sturgeon Pate Bread Bowl
INGREDIENTS:
1 round of bread - We used Acme Levain Round
2 containers smoked sturgeon pate
1 oz jar trout roe
Chopped Chives
Olive oil
HOW TO:
Slice the top of the bread in a circle. Careful not to penetrate the bottom. Slice horizontal and vertical lined in the top. You should be able to pop out pieces of bread easily after this. Save those for dipping. Once you have a bowl in the center of your bread, add both containers of sturgeon pate. Add your trout roe to the top, and sprinkle your chopped chives over everything. Drizzle with a little olive oil, and dip!
