Cancellations
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your scheduled tour are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour, including same-day cancellations and no-shows, are non-refundable.

Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your scheduled tour. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you in the next available time slot; however, availability cannot be guaranteed.

Children
Guests must be 12 years of age or older to participate in the tour. Children must remain under the supervision of a parent or guardian at all times. As Tsar Nicoulai is a working farm, running, climbing, entering restricted areas, or interacting with farm equipment is not permitted.

Dietary Restrictions
Due to the nature of the tasting experience, we are unable to accommodate dietary modifications, substitutions, or special requests.

Accessibility
The tour includes walking throughout a working farm and may involve uneven ground, outdoor pathways, and areas that are not fully wheelchair accessible. Guests requiring accessibility accommodations are encouraged to contact us prior to booking so we can discuss available options.

Farm Attire
Portions of the tour will take place outdoors. For your comfort and safety, we recommend wearing comfortable, closed-toe shoes and clothing appropriate for the weather and outdoor farm conditions.

Pets
For the safety of our guests, employees, and animals, pets are not permitted on the farm or during the tour.

Dinner
In years past, Tsar Nicoulai has hosted a popular farm tour and dinner experience, which may still be referenced on our website. Please note that this is a different experience, and dinner is not included with this ticket.

Safety & Farm Guidelines
All guests must follow the safety guidelines and instructions provided by Tsar Nicoulai staff throughout the visit. Guests may not enter restricted areas or interfere with animals, equipment, or farm operations. Tsar Nicoulai reserves the right to end a guest’s participation in the tour, without refund, if their behavior presents a safety concern to themselves, other guests, employees, or animals.

Weather & Tour Changes
Tours operate rain or shine unless conditions are deemed unsafe by farm management. In the event that Tsar Nicoulai must cancel a tour due to severe weather, unsafe conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Working Farm Environment
By participating in the tour, guests acknowledge that Tsar Nicoulai is an active working farm. The experience may involve uneven terrain, changing weather conditions, proximity to animals and farm equipment, and other conditions typically associated with an outdoor agricultural environment.

Once your ticket purchase is confirmed, you will receive a personal invitation with everything you need for your visit, including the farm address, arrival instructions, a contact phone number, and other important information for the day.
